Stoneshore Residential Design is a design firm specializing in custom residential architecture.
We strive for design that is as functional as it is beautiful, while maintaining the vision and
unique requirements of our clients.
Our full design service can assist with additions, renovations, facade facelifts, interior alterations, and complete custom home design.
Our team can create full construction drawings and work on your behalf to facilitate permits with municipalities.

Alex is our Senior Architectural Designer. With over 10 years of experience in custom residential design and construction, his varied skill set allows him to work with clients to capture the vision for their dream project.
Using AutoCAD and Building Information Modelling software, Alex creates 2D plans and 3D renders to help visualize and design the finished product to the client's wishes. His knowledge of municipal by-laws, procedures and the Ontario Building Code ensures your project moves ahead as efficiently as possible.

Terri sold real estate as a broker for 20 years in the GTA before taking a break to focus on her growing custom home design/build firm, based out of Oakville, Ontario. With Stoneshore Real Estate, she now has the opportunity to again pursue her passion for assisting home buyers and sellers with their real estate needs.
As well as working as a Realtor®, Terri owns and operates Stoneshore Custom Homes with her husband. For over 25 years she has worked with clients to design beautiful and functional floor plans and elevations. Clients further rely on her years of experience and knowledge to inform decisions on finishing materials, including everything from kitchen design to colour schemes.

Peter and his wife Terri started Stoneshore Homes over 25 years ago in Oakville - the town where they met. He sparked his love for construction originally as an electrician, eventually becoming the VP of one of Canada's largest home builders. Over the years Stoneshore has developed into a successful design/build firm by focusing on honest and transparent practices, and treating our clients with respect. We understand the severity of what our clients are undertaking and do what we can to make the experience as enjoyable as possible.
Peter manages all construction from start to finish. His meticulous attentiveness keeps all trades organized throughout the build and ensures a well executed final project.

As a second generation Real Estate professional, Carmen has made property development and the Real Estate industry his life's focus. After graduating from McMaster University with a B.A. (Hons), Carmen began working with Stoneshore Custom Homes as an interior designer and office manager, assisting clients with finishing selections and managing monthly invoicing of trades and clients.
As a licensed REALTOR® Carmen also understands the importance of buying and selling real estate, and what it means for clients' long term investment needs. Carmen assists clients in finishing selection through out the entire construction process, emphasizing his unique perspective on the resale value of improvements.
